With Balance one must be true to themselves.  So I am rediscovering my true self to heal and achieve balance.  The end result in business is that I will me a more effective leader and teamate.  My contribution to the organization will be much greater.  Once balance is achieved it must never be sacrificed for any endeavor. To do so would harm yourself and your organization.]]></description>
